We ask about the event’s purpose, audience, and any key deliverables you need after. Whether it’s purely documentation or something to feed your socials, we’ll plan coverage that suits your style. We’ll also get clarity on location, schedule, and shot priorities.
Lock in the date
We confirm time, coverage length, and crew required. For larger events, we’ll assign a lead shooter and, if needed, a second shooter or videographer. Everything is confirmed in one email so there are no surprises on the day.
Shoot Day
We arrive early to scout the space and blend into the background. Our team captures what matters without staging everything. If needed, we can direct a few team or group shots, but our focus is real interactions, brand presence, and energy.
Edit and Deliver
Photos are edited cleanly and delivered in organised folders for immediate use. If video was included, you’ll receive short edits formatted for Reels, LinkedIn, or internal use. Everything’s delivered within 1–3 days, depending on scope.
