We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the property and what matters most to you. Whether it’s a rental, a prestige home, or a quick campaign shoot, we tailor the shoot plan to suit. If needed, we’ll also send a simple prep checklist you can pass on to the vendor or tenant to get the space photo-ready.
Lock in a date
Once the brief is clear, we’ll book in a time that suits your listing schedule and access. We’ll aim for the best lighting conditions available, but we’re flexible if you’re on a tight turnaround or managing multiple listings that day.
Shoot Day
We arrive on time, ready to move efficiently through the space. We shoot wide for layout and detail for feel, making sure we capture each room with consistency and clarity. If there are small styling fixes needed, we’ll adjust cushions, blinds, or lights to keep things looking sharp.
Edit and Deliver
Every image is edited for colour, contrast, and balance. You’ll receive the photos by 9am the next business day in a clean, labelled folder. Both high-res and web sizes are included, along with a custom download link you can send to your marketing team or admin.
