• Meeting payment terms as agreed in invoices or contracts

5. Payments

Payment terms will be provided in writing for each project. Late payments may incur additional charges. Ownership of final media deliverables remains with Macourt Media until payment is received in full.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If a client cancels or reschedules a booking:

• Notice provided more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.
• Non-refundable deposits may apply and will be detailed in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver high-quality work, Macourt Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
